uHIT Baseball Sales Representative – Los Angeles, CA

As a uHIT Representative, you will demonstrate and sell uHIT products and services within our new Dallas region.

deCervo is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, designs, and sells decision training software and hardware for a variety of sports verticals. Originally developed for baseball, deCervo’s software now enjoys a market presence in several sports disciplines, including softball, hockey, tennis and football.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Demand generation through cooperation with local elite youth and college programs
  • Product demonstrations to Hitting Coaches, Facility Owners, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
  • Proposal preparation and order administration
  • Customer training and 1st level support
  • Organization and implementation of uHIT Academy workshops
  • Product testing and providing of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
  • Development and continuous improvement of your territory sales strategies


  • Higher Education in Technology, Business or Marketing
  • 3+ years consultative sales experience
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
  • Own car with full driver’s license
  • Act on commitments. What is promised is delivered!
  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Build and maintain relationships easily.

  • A strong network in the local softball industry
  • Skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or comparable products
  • Former Professional or College Player

The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. Exceptional performance can lead to equity stake. An Individual Health Insurance with an optional Dental plan will also be provided. Benefits package including 401k is also available. You will benefit from onboard training and continuous coaching. You will be working out of your home office in the territory and travel 50-75% of the time.
