On-Site Training in the e-TRAIN Classroom
In this paragraph, we describe the on-site training delivered in the e-TRAIN Classroom. Specifically, in half- or full-day classes, experienced law enforcement personnel from Innovative Policing Solutions (IPS) walk officers through real-life encounters in e-TRAIN (see more about the product here). Firstly, they evaluate officer decision-making in a variety of scenarios (learn more about scenarios here). Secondly, officers witness scenarios on e-TRAIN and make policing decisions in real-time. Thirdly, IPS instructors review all officers’ performance in a discussion format (see more here).
In this paragraph, you will learn more about pricing and curriculum of the e-TRAIN Classroom. Firstly, we offer training in use-of-force, vehicle stops, mental health crises, and many other scenarios of law enforcement decision-making (see full list in the e-TRAIN White Paper).
