uHIT Success Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Success Manager to oversee implementation of uHIT Baseball and uHIT Softball products in team settings. uHIT’s proprietary technology collects cognitive data from professional, collegiate, and youth levels. The Success Manager will guide new team users through onboarding and continued training with uHIT’s customized training programs. The Success Manager will maintain direct contact and build rapport with coaches and players to make sure uHIT products are meeting user goals.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage broad portfolio of baseball and softball product deployments
- Oversee uHIT’s product implementations and provide feedback for new software and data-driven initiatives, spanning mobile application, dashboard and hardware offerings.
- Leverage customer and market knowledge and feedback to help Product Team develop overall strategy.
- Teach users new product features and help them familiarize with product UX.
- Work with customers and business and sales teams, doing market testing of strategically important products and services.
- Work across all organization functions and partner with customers and global partners to develop industry-leading baseball- and softball-driven consumer experiences and digital products.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience with consumer-focused digital or data-driven products
- Experience implementing baseball or softball software products in training environments
- Strong understanding and love of the games of baseball or softball
- Maintain constant vigilance of customers, users, and their needs
- Experience managing user experience with software or hardware products in training environments
- Excellent management skills with ability to do so remotely or in-person
- Highly detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills, both in-person, by audio, video and in digital writing
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic environment with limited oversight
