OUR TEAM IS A MIX OF ENGINEERING, SCIENCE, SPORTS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT. WE BRING OUR TALENTS TO YOUR DECISION TRAINING PROBLEMS.

The deCervo Team has a broad range of specialties to deliver the cutting edge of decision training matched to the operational needs of your high-stakes environment. Chief Cosgrove and Assistant Chief (Ret.) Rudolph Hall ensure deCervo’s law enforcement decision product, eTRAIN, delivers targeted training in the operational confines of academy, field training and in-service. Joe Peterson assists with logistics for baseball and softball hitters, along with their coaches, for hitters’ training with deCervo’s program, uHIT. He also ensures smooth operation for deCervo’s hockey official training product, uCALL. Finally, our founders, Drs. Muraskin and Sherwin deliver hands on service with eTRAIN, uCALL, uHIT and custom solutions for decision training in other areas. All projects for the US Military are designed and managed by Drs. Sherwin and Muraskin. Together, the deCervo Team delivers the cutting edge of decision training using its unique blend of neuroscience, AI and industry know-how that will fit your high-speed and high-stakes environment.
